ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: TIM O’KELLEY
Tim has been in the personal and corporate development industry for more than 25 years. He is the founder and CEO of Benchmark Courses, which he started in order to share his unique message and work with as many people as he can reach. Tim also facilitates courses with and trains all instructors for PSI Seminars, the worlds longest running seminar company, for over 20 years. He has built and delivered courses for the Orange County Fire Department, George’s Greek Café, Edible Arrangements, Serenity Shores Recovery Center, Principle Design & Construction Co., and VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists just to name a few. More recently, he has become a certified trainer of Infinite Possibilities with Mike Dooley, best selling author of Leveraging the Universe and Infinite Possibilities.

WHAT WE DO:
Benchmark Courses offers a variety of classes that focus on areas such as businesses, Team building, communication, responsibility, leadership, contribution and integrity. Our goal is to provide a unique set of tools and techniques for all participants to operate at the highest level of productivity and create maximum results.
Course Packages
THE HALF-DAY EXPERIENCE:
The Half-Day Program consists of up to 4 hours of content presented to your organization. Within your 4 hour program, you can cover up to 2 major topics and end with a question and answer session and “moving forward” session with all participants so the work doesn’t stop when Tim leaves the room. The half-day program also comes with a 1-hour complimentary session with Tim to customize your training in order to ensure we address your organizational needs.

THE FULL EXPERIENCE:
Do you love the Discovery class? Do you think your organization would benefit from the experiences gained in the course? Would you like your entire team to speak the same language and work towards common goals? Then this is the package for you! Tim will come to you and give you the entire experience. We will tailor the program to ensure that you get all the topics you want and need in order to set your entire group up for success!

The Full-Day program consists of up to 8 hours of content presented to your organization. Within your 8-hour program, you can cover up to 4 major topics and end with a question and answer session as well as a “moving forward” discussion with all your participants. The fullday program also includes up to a one hour consultation with Tim to personalize your program to the needs of your organization.

Do you know that you want your team to experience the entire Discovery program, but aren’t able to find a time that works for everyone? Why not send them all through one of our regular weekend classes? By committing to a minimum of 10 enrollments into our Discovery program, you will enjoy a discount of over 50% off our regular tuition. Your special price extends for one year so you have plenty of time to send your entire team through the course.
